5. Insurance Certificate
6. Copy of L/C
7. Company Registration Certificate: VAT/PAN/EXIM
8. Forex Declaration Form(NRB)
9. Nepal Custom Import Declaration Form
10. Letter of Authority for Customs Clearing Agent

The documentation required for Imports by Sea:

All the above documents except Airway Bill and additional documents as follows:

1. Bill of Lading
2. Custom Transit Declaration
3. Transit declaration invoice for goods from the third country if the transit is India/Bangladesh.

 The documentation required for Export by Air:

1. Performa or Commercial Invoice
2. Packing List
3. Airway Bill
4. Certificate of Origin
5. Insurance Certificate
6. Certificate of Dept of Archeology for exports of Statues, Thangkas, Wood carving of archeological value
7. L/C or APC
8. GSP Certificate if applicable
9. Company Registration Certificate: VAT/PAN/EXIM
10. Forex Declaration Form(NRB)
11. Custom Declaration Form
12. Letter of Authority for Customs Clearing Agent
